EPS - The centre core is the best suited and by far the most economical material to use in the wall construction. All materials used here are totally inert. The core material is a highly efficient insulator, it's R value is more efficient than the standard materials used for the purpose of insulating homes, like fiberglass or cellulose, which tend to settle with time, thus become less effective.
